We’re looking for senior and mid-level art directors and copywriters. Those with a healthy ego. A disdain for boring. An uncanny ability to make people love and hate you at the same time.
You’re the creative who looks at award-winning work and immediately finds twenty things you would have done better. You walk away pissed off from a meeting with your CD where they’ve killed all your ideas. Yet you’re determined to show them stuff they can’t axe in the next round. (Even if they are an idiot. In your opinion.)
Whatever your exterior, at your core you’re a good person who wants to have fun making things people appreciate and find interesting.
We’re Merit. A two-year-old agency that’s building a company people want to work for and with. We’re built upon the idea that one-size does not fit all. That advertising isn’t always the answer. That the medium doesn’t matter.
We’re a bunch of creative thinkers who don’t want to play it safe and don’t want clients who play it safe either.
And neither do you.
Speaking of clients, if you’re a senior creative, we want to be able to throw you in front of ours and have confidence you’re not going to throw stuff at them if they push back on your work. Speaking of throwing stuff, you’ll go back and forth with our strategists and account teams to create briefs that people actually want to follow. Briefs that put everyone involved in a position to succeed.
Merit Benefits Include:
- Flexible work schedule
- Bucket lists (we give you bonus cash to have fun outside the office)
- Summer Flex Fridays
- Mobile working options
- Generous vacation package
- Continuing education options
You’ll report to the Chief Creative Officer. E-mail your work to: email@example.com. Include “Creative” in the subject line. Or something to that effect.
